The best knitting book

The best knitting book

A few months ago, I stumbled across a pattern for an adorable reversible penguin in a knitting magazine my dad bought me from the USA. It was an extract from this book, and naturally I couldn’t resist hunting for a copy! The toys are such fun, extremely creative and very well designed. Guess what I’ll be bringing to the next few baby showers…!

We’re running a small giveaway for this fab little hand-knitted chick that hatches from a knitted egg!

It’s great for kids, who love interactive toys (my friends and I were addicted to cupcake dolls – that turn into a cupcake and back again – when I was a kid) and very safe, with embroidered eyes and hypoallergenic materials. The egg itself is 100% pure wool!

It’s selling for R260 on my Hello Pretty shop and is a great Easter gift.

To enter, simply leave a comment below. For extra entries, tweet or Facebook this comp (with the hashtag #runnybabbit) and let me know you’ve done so.

Good luck!

Competition closes on 17 April and winners will be announced shortly thereafter. Entries open to anyone and will be shipped anywhere. No correspondence will be entered into and the judge’s decision is final.

The winner is Emma Grace!
